Enrollment for the 2017-18 School Year

Enrollment Process for New and Returning Families:

  1. Contact us for a tour. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Check with us to confirm that we have availability for the session and number of days that you prefer.
  3. Complete Application and submit it with the $100 Application Fee.
  4. Once we have your application, we will give you a contract for the schedule you have chosen.
  5. You will need to submit the contract along with a Deposit of $350.
  6. By late August, we will need other enrollment forms.  Here is a link to those forms.
  7. Please read our Parent Handbook which is full of useful information!


Please Note: The Application Fee and Deposit are non-refundable. The application fee goes towards administrative costs and pays for a backpack for your child. The deposit is used to hold a space for your child over the summer. This $350 is part of the annual tuition and it lowers all of your monthly payments. However, it is NOT the September tuition payment. Your contract states what your monthly payments are AFTER the deposit has been applied.

Not Old Enough Yet?

While it is necessary for your child to be two years old by the time she starts, you can start the enrollment process early.  If she will turn two in September or October, let us know and we may be able to hold a spot for her until her birthday. If she will turn two later in the year, we can put her on the waiting list and if there is a space when she turns two, you may enroll her. If this is the case, we will have you complete a Waiting List Application and pay a $25.00 fee in order to get on the waiting list.
